ECRS returns to Stony Point Center, just about one hour from NYC and 2.5 hrs. from Philadelphia. Also, 3.5 hrs. from Boston and Baltimore.
Each NEWCOMER to ECRS receives a 50% discount.
Adult MEMBERS save $25 on the full event.

Covid policy
- The week before spring weekend, please mask in crowded indoor spaces and monitor your health.
- If you have any signs of illness, we ask you not to come and will give you a full refund.
- You are strongly encouraged to test for Covid before coming to an event.
- If an attendee or someone in their party tests positive for COVID or another communicable disease during an event or shortly thereafter, they must isolate (or leave), and event staff will make an announcement (including the attendee’s name) as soon as feasible.
Schedule
Registration begins at 4:30 pm on Friday in “Evergreen”, the main building. Dinner on Friday is served from 6:00-7:00 pm. The program for the weekend begins at 7:30 pm Friday and concludes shortly after lunch on Sunday afternoon. Aside from meals, all our activities and housing are in the “Maple” building.
What to bring
• A flashlight
• A robe (toilets/bath/showers aren’t in the bedrooms)
• Toiletries
• A mug for hot drinks between meals (save on disposable cups)
• Your musical instruments for jamming!

Stony Point Center is a lovely 32-acre conference site nestled in the scenic and historic Hudson River Valley. Accommodations are in comfortable 2-bedded rooms, each with a sink. Bedding, linens, and a towel are provided. Shared toilets and bath/shower facilities are outside the bedrooms.
Folks who live near Stony Point: You are welcome to join us for the weekend without sleeping over (all programs plus all six meals), provided that you register in advance.

- ECRS events are fragrance, drug, and alcohol free
- All attending are asked to volunteer for one hour to help the weekend run smoothly
- Smoking is limited to the outdoors

Crafts: Lumen Nation - Kay Gering
Let your imagination run wild! With a variety of recycled materials and art supplies, you’ll have all you need to create a sculpture illuminated with an LED votive. Share your vision and be inspired by other creators as you work. The world needs light now more than ever. Be a part of the Lumen Nation!
Party games for all ages - Trevor the Games Man
In this fast-paced class, we’ll play a wide variety of everybody-wins party games for your living room or around the dining table. They require little or no equipment, require no special skills, are non-strenuous, yet are a rousing good time. Ice breakers, circle games, table games, line games, thinking games, partner games, large group games, small group games, noisy games, silent games, creative games, story telling games, and probably even a few weird and unusual games, too. From Standing Ovation to Sit Down and Be Quiet!, from Shouting Proverbs to Picture Charades, from Mirror Me to How to Start an Argument… everybody wins, everybody plays, everybody has FUN!
Informal Dramatics - Arnie Zacharias
Have you ever wanted to be a king, a witch, or an Olympic star? Here’s your chance. Through a series of dramatic games, exercises, and skits, we will perform for the group with an emphasis on pure fun… No previous experience is needed.
Leadership smorgasbord - Frank Baskin
Lead a song, game or other activity new to you or the group. Try something again. There will be a supportive climate for each person who leads. Attend this class as a participant or as a practice leader. Age 12 +.
Folk Dancing - Sharon Underberg
We will learn a bunch of dances that vary in cultural origin, energy level, pace, and complexity, all accessible to dancers of any level. Beginners are welcome!
Singing - Trevor the Games Man
We will sing some oldies together and learn some new songs, too! We’ll be sharing rounds, well-known folk songs, ballads, a few tunes from Rise Up Singing, songs from other countries, some originals, and even a nursery rhyme or two. If you can talk, you can sing: this class is open to everyone.
