Join us March 24-26 for a weekend getaway
with activities to engage your senses and build community
Come share fun and fellowship at ECRS’s Spring Weekend at Stony Point. People of all ages and walks of life will have a ball at daytime classes. Take this chance to focus on activities you love, or to try something new. For Evening Program on Friday and Saturday nights we all come together to dance, sing, play games, have snacks, and be social with each other. The weekend is chock full of dancing, singing, improv, crafts, and games. There’s so much variety, it’s sometimes hard to choose what to do! Whatever you try, you’re sure to have an incredible time.

Not a member yet? Pay membership dues with your registration for this event and you’ll be immediately eligible to receive the member rate.
Covid policy
All attendees must provide proof of a negative COVID rapid test on the day of arrival, bring an unopened test, for the second day, and fill in a Covid symptom survey. If anyone does not have a primary COVID vaccination and one booster, they must request an exemption in advance of the event. Click here for the complete Covid policy.

Schedule
The program for the weekend begins at 7:30 pm Friday evening and concludes with lunch on Sunday afternoon. Aside from meals, all our activities – and housing – are in the “Maple” building. Here’s an idea of what to expect when you arrive on Friday.
- 4:30 pm – Registration begins in “Evergreen” in the main building
- 6:00 – 7:00 pm – Dinner served
- 7:30 pm – Evening Program
Meals
Six delicious buffet meals are served (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, & dinner; Sunday breakfast & lunch). Evening snacks are provided.

- ECRS events are fragrance, drug, and alcohol free
- All attending are asked to volunteer for one hour to help the weekend run smoothly
- Smoking is limited to the outdoors

Stony Point Center is a lovely 32-acre conference site nestled in the scenic and historic Hudson River Valley. Accommodations are in comfortable 2-bedded rooms, each with a sink. Bedding, linens, and a towel are provided. Shared toilets and bath/shower facilities are outside the bedrooms.
Folks who live near Stony Point: You are welcome to join us for the weekend without sleeping over (all programs plus Saturday lunch and dinner), provided that you register in advance.
Pricing
Full weekend – $395 (members $370)
Weekend commuter – $185
(includes all programs and two meals – Saturday lunch and dinner – no sleeping over)
Newcomer (full weekend) – $200
What to bring
- A flashlight to help navigate dark paths between buildings at night
- A robe (toilets and bath/showers are not in the bedrooms)
- A mug for hot or cold drinks between meals to save on disposable cups
- Your musical instruments for jamming!

Cancellation/Covid Policy
A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received after March 8th, to cover processing and handling fees.
Note that there is no cancellation fee if you have to cancel because you test positive for Covid19 before the event.
