Join us to experience a weekend getaway with activities designed to engage your senses and build community – March 27-29
Come share fun and fellowship at ECRS’s Spring Weekend. People of all ages and walks of life will have a ball at daytime classes. Take this chance to focus on activities you love, or to try something new. For Evening Program on Friday and Saturday nights, we all come together to dance, sing, play games, have snacks, and be social with each other.
The weekend is chock full of dancing, singing, informal dramatics, crafts, and games. There’s so much variety, it’s sometimes hard to choose which ones to do! Whichever you try, you’re sure to have an incredible time.

- Register EARLY: Registrations received by March 1 save $25 and guarantee your spot at the weekend. It also helps us plan our program.
- Discount for NEWCOMERS: Each newcomer to ECRS receives a 50% discount at this event.
- Discount for MEMBERS: Adult members save $25. Not a member yet? Pay membership dues now with your registration for this event and you are immediately eligible to receive the member rate.
This site requires registration by March 8th. Late registrants may not be accommodated.
Schedule
- Registration begins at 4:30 pm on Friday
- Dinner served 6 – 6:30 pm
- The program for the weekend begins at 7:45 pm Friday evening and concludes with lunch on Sunday afternoon
Registration begins at 4:30pm on Friday in “Evergreen,” the main building. Dinner Friday is served from 6:00-6:30pm and is included in the cost of the weekend (this is a change from the past). The program for the weekend begins at 7:45pm Friday evening and concludes with lunch on Sunday afternoon. Aside from meals, all our activities and our housing are in the “Maple” building.
Meals
Six delicious buffet meals are served (Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, & dinner; Sunday breakfast & lunch). Note that dinner Friday is provided by the site. Evening snacks are provided.

- ECRS events are fragrance, drug, and alcohol free
- All attending are asked to volunteer for one hour to help the weekend run smoothly
- Smoking is limited to the outdoors

Stony Point Center is a lovely 32-acre conference site nestled in the scenic and historic Hudson River Valley. Accommodations are in comfortable 2-bedded rooms, each with a sink. Bedding, linens, and a towel are provided. Shared toilets and bath/shower facilities are outside the bedrooms.
Folks who live near Stony Point: You are welcome to join us for the weekend without sleeping over, or come only for Saturday dinner and Evening Program, provided that you please register in advance.

What to bring
- A flashlight to help navigate dark paths between buildings at night
- A robe (toilets and bath/showers are not in the bedrooms)
- A mug for hot drinks between meals will save on disposable cups
- Your musical instruments for jamming!
Cancellation Policy
A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received after March 8th, to cover processing and handling fees.
