Class description
In this hour and a half event, Patricia will lead a variety of dances from different cultures, all chosen for their ability to move us—both literally and figuratively—and their learn-ability via Zoom!.

Then socialize in smaller breakout rooms
You you can really talk to other people (kind of like sitting at a table together at an in-person event). You’ll be able to choose what room (or rooms!) you visit, and wander in and out as you like.

The event is free, but you can support ECRS with your $5 suggested donation
(yes, we still have costs – like honorariums for our leaders, as well as insurance, website hosting and maintenance – and we’re not holding in-person events to recoup those).

Location and site description

The event will be held at various locations around the globe, primarily (maybe exclusively) in the United States and Canada. Pets, perfume and additional people can all be accommodated at each individual venue’s discretion.

You can set up in the living room, the bedroom, or even in the hall. Doesn’t make any difference to us. For the full experience (i.e. to be able to see everyone at once!), you’ll want to use a computer, not a phone. But many rooms and the group activities will be amenable to Zoom on phone.
