Connect and play the Covid-safe ECRS way…

For a taste of ECRS magic when we can’t get together in person, grab your laptop and join us for the first in a series of virtual events.

Our March Spring Virtual will feature an hour and a half mix of energizers, games, and improv theater games that work well on Zoom, led by Howard Moody. Energized by Improv and Play, you’ll then have the chance to socialize in smaller, themed breakout rooms. The beauty of smaller Zoom rooms is being able to really talk to other people – kind of like sitting at a table together at an in-person event. You’ll be able to choose what room (or rooms!) you visit, and wander in and out as you like.

The event is free, but you can support ECRS with your $5 suggested donation (yes, we still have costs – like honorariums for our leaders, as well as insurance, website hosting and maintenance – and we’re not holding in-person events to recoup those). Note that you have to register to get a Zoom link to join.

When you register, you’ll get a confirmation email confirming the date and time. You’ll get an email notification with Zoom link to the party the day before.

Location and site description

The event will be held at various locations around the globe, primarily (maybe exclusively) in the United States and Canada. Pets, perfume and additional people can all be accommodated at each individual venue’s discretion.

You can set up in the living room, the bedroom, or even in the hall. Doesn’t make any difference to us. For the full experience (i.e. to be able to see everyone at once!), you’ll want to use a computer, not a phone. But many rooms and the group activities will be amenable to Zoom on phone.
